This simple dessert is quick and easy to make. It’s great for taking to holiday parties. I’ve had this ready to post for some time, and forgot about it. When I started looking for a dessert to take to an upcoming potluck, I remembered it.

Raw Brownies
These Raw Brownies are a healthy, no-bake, and naturally sweetened treat that requires just a handful of wholesome ingredients! Made with medjool dates, walnuts, pecans, and brazil nuts, they’re packed with healthy fats, fiber, and antioxidants. The rich cocoa flavor makes them a perfect guilt-free indulgence. They’re vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free—a delicious and nutritious dessert for any occasion!
Ingredients
- 2 cups medjool dates chopped
- 1 1/4 cups raw walnuts
- 1/2 cup raw pecans
- 16 raw brazil nuts
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional Sliced fresh strawberries, for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the Nuts: Add the walnuts, pecans, and brazil nuts to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Add the Dates & Dry Ingredients: Add the chopped medjool dates, ground flaxseed, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Process until the mixture becomes sticky and nearly smooth.
- Press into a Dish: Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 9-inch glass dish and press it down evenly.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Serve: Slice into squares and serve with fresh strawberries for an extra touch of sweetness.

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer shelf life.
