Raw Brownies

These Raw Brownies are a healthy, no-bake, and naturally sweetened treat that requires just a handful of wholesome ingredients! Made with medjool dates, walnuts, pecans, and brazil nuts, they’re packed with healthy fats, fiber, and antioxidants. The rich cocoa flavor makes them a perfect guilt-free indulgence. They’re vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free—a delicious and nutritious dessert for any occasion!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups medjool dates chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups raw walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raw pecans
  • 16 raw brazil nuts
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional Sliced fresh strawberries, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Nuts: Add the walnuts, pecans, and brazil nuts to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  • Add the Dates & Dry Ingredients: Add the chopped medjool dates, ground flaxseed, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Process until the mixture becomes sticky and nearly smooth.
  • Press into a Dish: Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 9-inch glass dish and press it down evenly.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • Serve: Slice into squares and serve with fresh strawberries for an extra touch of sweetness.

Notes

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer shelf life.
Customization: Add a pinch of sea salt or chopped dark chocolate for extra indulgence.
Nut-Free Alternative: Substitute the nuts with sunflower seeds or shredded coconut for a nut-free version.
Sweetness Level: If you prefer a sweeter taste, add 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup before processing.
