Lemon Garlic Green Beans with Cashews
1 lb. fresh green beans
1 clove garlic, minced
juice of half of a lemon
handful of raw cashews
Place beans in steamer basket, sprinkle with minced garlic and steam 10 min.
When serving- sprinkle with cashews and squeeze lemon juice over beans. Garnish with slice of lemon.
